Start the game and load a save, open the table (I just extracted it into the CheatEngine install folder), click the 'Select a process to open' button at the top left (highlighted with a flashing box cycling between red and green), select EoCApp.exe (preceded by a hex number, ie 00001FD0-EoCApp.exe) and click the Open button and then Yes.

After crafting a weapon you can enhance it with essences, e.g. add fire essence to have additional fire damage. Only one essence can be crafted unto a weapon but you can add an additional essence if the weapon starts with additional damage, e.g. add water to weapon with air damage already on it. #2.

You can respec the two main characters later, after you unlocked enough rooms in End of Times. (A demon will offer it.) But it will also make you forget all spells, so be prepared and it doesn't work for companions. At least it didn't work in Non-enhanced divinity.
