Sadly theres no fast way to do enchanting. Smithing i recommend dwarven bows. If you have enchanting and/or alchemy up, you can improve them after makibg them for tobs of xp and lvls.
Dwarven bows for Smithing. Buy your iron from shops and hit up Dwemer ruins for raw materials to smelt into Dwarven Ingots. Hone the bows after you craft them. Enchant your bows with Banishing. Use Petty Soul Stones (vendors). Sell the bows to get more ingredients to craft more bows.
Use your Transmute Mineral Ore spell to turn the iron ore to silver ore and then to gold ore. Once that is done, go to a smelter and create gold ingots. Then, go to a forge and create gold rings. Sell the gold rings and repeat the process. By sticking to this process, you’ll power level your Smithing very quickly while working on some

Transmute all your iron ore into gold ore then make gold ingots. Now make as many gold rings as you can. Repeat this until your smithing is level 30. At smithing level 30 take the dwarven smithing perk. Delve into all the dwarven ruins you can and collect anything that can be smelted into dwarven ingots (google this).
